Growing up around the construction industry, Eric was intrigued by the dynamics of the business. In 2010 Eric moved back to Vancouver Island from Calgary to pursue his dream of growing and running the family business.
Starting his career with counselling adolescents how to meet their goals, Eric was able to utilize this knowledge to become the Customer Service Manager at DSL for Western Canada and Western USA at the age of 24.
Brian has been a part of the Complete WIndows family since 2017. Lover of animals, you’ll often find Brian comes to site with his trusty sidekick Rollie. Meticulous and detailed, he goes above and beyond to make sure things are done just right. We often get customers calling in to compliment on his customer service skills, and his incredible dance moves.
Danny is an absolute asset to our team at Complete Windows bringing 14 years of experience in the window business, his passion for the industry is evident. Island born and raised he is not only an integral part of the Complete Windows team he is also deeply connected to the community.
He is highly motivated and strives to work to the top of every project he takes on. His experience as a team capitan while playing lacrosse and hockey has contributed to his leadership abilities and taught Danny the value of teamwork.
Jay has been with Complete Windows for over a decade. He loves BIG projects and is our go to guy for any complex design heavy jobs. He is organized, detailed, and the man you want on your jobsite.
Family man with two teen boys at home, if he's not around installing and problem solving at Complete Windows he’s riding motorbikes or camping with his family.
Katy is a busy working professional and mother of 3 young children. Together with her husband Eric, she takes pride in the continued growth and success of their family-owned business. Her creative energy, outgoing nature, along with a passion for photography leads her into her venture as our Marketing Manager. She has an artistic eye and passion for capturing architecture which highlights the many projects Complete Windows has been a part of.
Originally from Vancouver, Anne and her family are delighted to call Vancouver Island home. Anne’s attention to detail and thoughtful nature is reflected in the way she works with her clients. She enjoys helping customers compare the range of products and available options so that they can make informed decisions. Anne’s appreciation for design and architecture compels her to continually expand her knowledge in the window industry.
Kim is the brains of the operation here at Complete Windows. Her knack for remembering each customer and small but important details about every order and their preferred product is a real talent and ensures a smooth customer experience. She keeps us all in line with her no mess around but have a good time doing it kind of attitude!
Simon joined the Complete Windows team in 2016 as one of our South-Island Sales Representatives. With community involvement in the Cowichan Valley area, he prides himself on representing quality brands and providing an exceptional first-class experience for his customers.
Jason was born and raised in the lower mainland and moved to the island to enjoy the great Island Life. What led him to join Complete Windows?

Emily’s favorite part of working for Complete Windows is enjoying the small, family owned and operated business atmosphere while watching the company expand to huge new levels in the Window, Door and Spray Foam industry. Outside of office hours, Emily enjoys writing music, hiking, and hanging out with her dog, Veyda, whom she recently adopted from Mexico.
When Kevin’s not working he’s playing in the mud with his jeep. His reliability and work ethic makes him an asset to Complete Windows. He’s fun loving, hard working and never stops moving.
Cait is new to Vancouver Island (grew up in Winnipeg Manitoba), just graduated with a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture from the University of Manitoba.
Her dream is to one day design sustainable houses, promoting a more holistic way of living. From the materials used to the building envelope, the cabinets and furniture inside, to the landscaping and incorporation of nature throughout the entire space – inside and out.
Dave has been with Complete Windows for the past ten years. His calm, collected, patient demeanor combined with his incredible attention to detail is why we can throw anything his way.
No matter how complex the task or the clients needs, Dave is our go to when we need a level head to find a solution when the going gets tough on the job site.

We recently used Complete Windows to extend two windows in our living room from 3 x 2 to 3 x 7. Dan did meticulous work although we did experience a few hiccups (one do to the fact that we did not think there was any electrical in the wall, which was our fault).
